Telegram channel analyzer
Enter a public channel name — we'll show subscribers, average views, ER, how often posts come out and at what hour they get the most views.
What the channel analysis shows
- Followers — how many people are subscribed to the channel now.
- Average views — how many people see one post on average (based on recent posts). The median keeps one viral post from distorting the picture.
- ER — what share of subscribers actually reads the posts. It's the main sign of a «living» channel and what advertisers look at.
- Posting frequency — how many posts come out per week.
- Best time — the hours when the channel's posts get the most views.
How to check a channel before buying ads
Compare the ER with the norm: if there are many subscribers but few views, part of the audience is inactive. Check whether views are even across posts and how often the channel runs ads. That way you won't pay for ads in a «dead» channel.
How to raise views and ER
Post regularly at the hours your audience is active, write short and useful posts, add polls and reactions. A new channel benefits from an initial boost: post views, reactions й followers. More tips in the article how to grow a Telegram channel.
Questions & answers
Which channels can be analyzed?
Any public Telegram channel with a t.me/name link. Telegram doesn't show private channels and groups to outsiders, so they can't be analyzed.
What is a channel's ER?
ER (engagement rate) is the average views of one post divided by the number of subscribers. It shows what share of the audience actually reads the channel.
What ER is considered normal?
Roughly: under 10% is low, 10–30% is normal, over 30% is high. The bigger the channel, the lower its ER usually is, so compare with channels of a similar size.
Where does the data come from?
From the channel's public page t.me/s/name — the same data any reader sees. We store nothing and ask for no access.
